The 2026 Yamaha Grizzly EPS XT-R is a premium, aggressive utility ATV built for riders who want serious trail performance, proven Yamaha durability, and factory-upgraded off-road capability right out of the box. Powered by a 686cc liquid-cooled SOHC single-cylinder engine, it delivers strong low-to-mid range torque that’s ideal for technical trails, hauling, plowing, and hard utility work while still being fun on aggressive rides.

It features Yamaha’s industry-leading Ultramatic® CVT transmission with all-wheel engine braking, paired with the On-Command® 4WD system, allowing you to switch between 2WD, limited-slip 4WD, and fully locked 4WD depending on terrain and traction needs. This makes it highly adaptable for mud, rock, snow, and mixed trail conditions.

The XT-R package adds factory upgrades aimed at serious riders, including 27-inch Maxxis® Zilla tires on 14-inch aluminum wheels, a factory-installed WARN® winch, aggressive bodywork, and upgraded styling for a more rugged, ready-to-work appearance.

With Electric Power Steering (EPS), long-travel independent suspension, and a reinforced steel frame, the Grizzly XT-R is designed to reduce rider fatigue while maintaining precise control in rough terrain. Ground clearance sits around 11.8 inches, helping it clear obstacles with confidence on technical trails.
