The 2023 New Holland DB312R Mower Conditioner is engineered for efficient and high-quality hay and forage harvesting.

This model features the MowMax™ II PLUS disc cutterbar with a low-profile design for a clean, consistent cut, even in light or tangled crops, and a slim profile for less stubble damage. Its QuickMax™ knife-change system allows for rapid knife replacement in seconds, utilizing knives with two cutting edges for extended life. The ShockPRO™ disc drive hubs provide impact absorption to protect drive components and are quickly replaceable in the field, minimizing downtime.

For optimal drying, the DB312R incorporates the WideDry™ conditioning system, which can include chevron intermeshing rubber rolls for gentle conditioning of legumes like alfalfa, or optional LeaningEdge™ flail tines for aggressive conditioning of grass hay.

This system ensures uniform conditioning and smooth crop flow, producing well-formed swaths or windrows that lead to faster dry down.

Adjustable windrow forming shields and swath gates offer precise crop control, allowing you to create narrow windrows or wide swaths to suit your needs.

The machine also boasts hydraulic tilt/cutting height control for on-the-go adjustments and responsive header flotation to follow ground contours precisely.
