Compact Farmall® 40C

Featuring 40 HP and up to 32.4 PTO HP, the compact Farmall 40C is designed to perform a wide variety of tasks.

Ready for Work

The compact Farmall 40C tractor packs a lot into a small package. All models ship from the factory with a Mid-Mount Valve and Loader Joystick and are loader-ready. The Independent PTO operates regardless of transmission gear or if the tractor is stationary or mobile. The 3-point hitch has a 2116 lb (960 kg) lift capacity.

Quiet Engine

The compact Farmall 40C features a four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with an electronic high pressure common rail fuel system. This system allows for faster throttle response, more power with greater torque yet runs quieter with less vibration. This advanced engine meets the Tier 4 B/Final emissions requirements. Quick and easy maintenance checkpoints allow you to the job at hand faster.

Operator Comfort

The operator area has redesigned controls for ease of use. The instrument cluster is similar to an automobile's so it's easy to understand. The deck is wider with more foot room. The seat is adjustable for height, tilt and fore/back distance. The sloped hood provides superior visibility.
